Purpose: The purpose of the 365 Club is to raise funds. Money raised from the 365 Club will be paid into the Reverse Rett bank account and used to help the Charity to fund research into treatments and a cure for Rett Syndrome and into providing services for families living with Rett Syndrome.
Rules:

The 365 Club is a small society lottery (registered with Manchester City Council under licence number SL079848 and is open to all clients, supporters and volunteers of Reverse Rett.

All participants must be over 16 years of age.

For a cost of £10 per month (i.e. per draw) you will be allocated one entry per month.

The draw will be made via a computerised randomiser, overseen by a designated member of the public.

The draw will be made on the last Thursday of the month ((with the exception of December when we will draw it on the Thursday before Christmas Day). The first draw will take place on 27th May 2021.

A draw will generate a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize.

The prizes will total 35% of the monthly income.

This will be apportioned as: 1st prize of 20%, 2nd prize of 10% and 3rd prize of 5% (of total monthly income).

Numbers are limited to two per household.

All entrants who have completed their registration and subscription information before the time of the draw will be included in the draw.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to the account created when you set up the payments or by notifying us in writing.

If you win, the prize money will either be transferred to your bank account or a cheque will be posted to the address given on your registration form (whichever preference you have stated on your registration form), normally within one week of the draw. It is your responsibility to let us know if your address changes and we cannot be held responsible for any cheques that go astray, where a change of address has not been notified to us.

The names of each month’s winners will be posted on the Charity’s website and social media accounts (unless the winners wish to remain anonymous as indicated on the registration form).

The 365 Club will be run by Reverse Rett. In case of any dispute the decision of the Chief Executive Officer is final.

If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into Reverse Rett funds after three months.
